Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Equivalentplane Walk-In Tubs wants equivalentplane.garden to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our practices include efforts to:
- Use clear headings in a sensible reading order
- Give meaningful images a text description
- Keep text easy to read, with strong color contrast
- Make each page work with a keyboard
- Arrange pages so they read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can be partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on this site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to talk with a provider in our network, or email contact@equivalentplane.garden and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to reach out on your behalf.
Tell Us What Is Hard
Let us know where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@equivalentplane.garden and share:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you expected to happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can say
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep making it better.
