How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want people who reach out to Equivalentplane Walk-In Tubs to be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to tell us and what we do afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or messaged Equivalentplane Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep notes in writing.

Still, tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Equivalentplane Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Us Your Complaint

Email contact@equivalentplane.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you phoned or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
